Life Beading meets you wherever you are - in times of loss, change, courage, or flourishing. It draws on my twenty years of teaching philosophy, together with training in NLP and positive psychology. Everything I design aims to bring wisdom gently into lived experience - and to offer a space that feels thoughtful, safe, and deeply human.

A little. You'll create jewellery in the form of a beautiful and original beaded bracelet. But the meaning matters more than what it looks like!

Not at all. Life Beading is grounded and accessible — it’s about exploring your own experiences, values, and sources of strength. Some people find the process spiritual; others simply find it reflective and meaningful. There’s no belief system required — and if you do enjoy a touch of the mystical, you’re very welcome to bring that too.

I'm not a therapist, I'm a philosophy teacher and personal development coach. My participants have called it 'therapy' though. The ideas we consider, and just taking time out to reflect on what's important in life, is therapeutic. There's always a lot of kindness and support in the room, there's also plenty of laughter! If you are receiving care from a mental health professional or have experienced trauma, Life Beading might not be right for you at this time however do get in touch if you'd like to discuss this further.

Not at all. Life Beading isn’t about artistic skill, it’s about meaning. Every set of beads is unique, just like the person who creates it.
