Wear Your Wisdom
Life beading is a creative, reflective practice that helps you carry your personal wisdom into everyday life.
For courage.
For calmer days.
For honouring those you've lost.
For friendship, change and fresh starts.
For anything that deserves a moment of pause.
In Life Beading, you're guided to choose meaningful beads that represent what matters to you - a value, memory, or intention - then thread them into a bracelet you can wear as a reminder.

Each bead holds a thought, a memory, or a moment of insight.
This is wellbeing with wisdom - practical, creative, and made to wear.

Thread with Intention. Wear Your Wisdom.

Life Beading is a little like modern prayer beads - but instead of repeating prayers, each bead represents something from your own life.
Some people come for the beads and leave having said something surprisingly true.
As they touch their beads and describe what they mean, they often find words for things that had been hard to name. They notice details - a flicker of gold in the glass, a texture that feels grounding - and something that felt out of reach becomes easier to express.
It's not magic.
It's what happens when you slow down, make something with your hands, and give your inner life a place to land.
Life Beading is for people who like thoughtful things, beautiful things, and a bit more meaning in the mix.

"I felt lighter on my feet when I left and I've worn my bracelet since which has helped with a busy stressful week"
- Kirsty Thomas, artist

Meet the Maker
I'm Suzannah - a philosophy teacher, a coach, and someone who became interested in a simple question:
Why is it that people can have a genuinely clear, important thought about how they want to live… and then lose hold of it by Thursday?
Life Beading grew from that question.
Because wisdom doesn't always need to stay in a notebook.
Sometimes it helps to be held.
Worn.
Remembered.
